Week 3: The art of writing bug reports

In the Tutorials this week we did an exercise on writing bug reports, these were then entered into Bugzilla.  Rex Black is the author of our criteria for writing a bug report such as Reproduce it, Isolate it, Generalise, etc.   Have a look at his worked example of improving a bug report here.
